Handling of lost property
Items found at the event venue can be handed in to the clerk, who will draw up a report of receipt, or can be handed in at the information points or to event staff, where it is not possible to draw up a report. The event staff will hand over the found item to the owner on site if they can credibly prove that the item is their property.
After the event, we will try once again to return the found items to their rightful owners via the event’s Facebook page. If this is unsuccessful, we will hand them over to the notary, who will take further action.
Violation of the rules set out in the House Rules may result in expulsion from the event.
